I've not heard who has been cast as Skye yet... I wonder, given Adam's interest in Phyllis, if she's older... he may go for older women. Anyone
know? The canvas is unbalanced right now, leading to all these older man younger women stories... not that there is necessarily a problem with that but ..er..
it seems a bit excessive right now.

YOUNG AND RESTLESS: Lily is heartbroken when tests reveal she has miscarried. Amber tries to drop hints to Daniel about her desire for something
more from their "friends with benefits" arrangement. At Restless Style, Phyllis and Sharon continue to clash when Sharon wants to pull an article
from the layout and Phyllis refuses. Adam's ex-girlfriend, Skye, arrives in Genoa City. Skye tries to find out if there are any gambling
possibilities in town. David learns that his account is overdrawn and he needs money fast. He bumps into Brad and asks for a spot at the weekly poker game.
Skye has a seat at Brad's poker game and plays the "poker idiot" card. Gloria tells Michael and Lauren she plans to adopt a child. Jack
and Sharon discuss how Nick and Phyllis' affair affected them and how it still hurts. Jill confesses to Kay that Jeff is staying with them in the hopes
that Jill can get Jeff to spill the reason he married Gloria. Nick tells Phyllis he is starting to get his memory back.

So, Skye is "just" another gambler who probably knows David's past... or maybe she just knows he was at Brad's game?
I was kinda hoping for more of a connection. |

I really don't think they are going to go there... I'm not seeing a big investment in David's character.. his current story is barely told... one
day a week, then nothing. And it's not like he's not connected to some major long term characters now... this story is the only one with some real
intrigue and it ought to be getting airtime.
I wish... but I've wished for a number of stories or story types for David since VI came on. I'm getting disappointed once again. Maybe things will pick up.. but i've been saying that awhile, and the whole show is getting duller and duller.
